It takes about 2 weeks to incorporate the company, which incorporation deed and articles of association must be executed by a civil law notary. Note that the subscribers of the shares will be required to attend the notary’s incorporation meeting via video-conference. The shareholders will need to show their passport and sign a power of attorney during such video-conference. Therefore, there is no need to travel to the Netherlands.
After execution of the power of attorney, the notary will execute the incorporation deed and file the Articles of the BV, the details of its directors and of the shareholders with the Dutch Trade Register.

Bank Account Opening Services (Optional)
From a banking perspective, we generally use Bank of Ireland for opening bank accounts but we also work with AIB. Please note that banks will require the company to have economic substance in Ireland in the form of director (we can provide), employees and offices in Ireland in order to open a bank account.
We can assist you in open bank accounts for Netherlands companies in the following offshore jurisdictions:
Our bank account opening service is not just a mere introduction to the bank. We assist you in filling out the business plan forms appropriately and help you understand and provide business details, commercial information, and purpose/use of the bank account that a given bank wants to know in order to approve your account application.
Banks want certainty and clarity on how the account will be used. Everything must be watertight. We will work with you to make sure there is minimal ‘back and forth’ and a smooth account opening process.
