As Managing Director, he produces and implements strategic plans to achieve companies’ short-term targets and long-term objectives. His day to day activities consist of finding solutions for multinational businesses from a variety of industries that have complex international corporate structuring and banking/financial needs.

Cristiana is an Operations Management specialist with over 9 years of experience in managing remote and distributed tech teams. Cristiana sets the company operations strategy and priorities as well monitors implementation across departments.

Timea Kovacs

Head of Banking

Timea is a qualified and dedicated Compliance and AML professional with over 6 years of experience in the financial services sector. She possesses proven abilities to meet deadlines, making decisions, and following complex projects through completion with a proven track record in meeting industry goals and standards. Her extensive understanding of AML and Compliance legal framework will help our customers' bank account opening procedure up-to-date to the banking requirements.

Olga Shmakova

Head of Accounting

Olga has over 15 years of experience in various financial roles, ranging from Treasury Management to Financial Analyst and Finance Controller for both small and corporate global organizations. She holds an Economy BA and she is also a certified chartered accountant. Olga’s responsibilities include company budgeting and forecasting, management financial reporting, cashflow management, AR/AP. She is also a strong player when it comes to financial process implementation.

Andre is a full stack developer with more than 10 years experience in developing high performance web apps. He is responsible for the development and maintenance of our web applications and websites. He is also responsible for the development of our internal tools and systems.
